Steaming Clams preparing instructions
- Add one to two inches of water or your favorite beer or white wine (this adds bite) in a large steamer or pot.
- Now add your steamer clams. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and cover tightly.
- Steam clams for 3 to 5 minutes until their shells open. Enjoy!
Clam Chowder Heating Instructions
- Transfer your soup into a large enough pot.
- Heat slowly (low to mid heat ) on the stove until hot. Do not let it boil.
- Remove the excess bread from inside the bread bowl.
- Carefully pour the hot soup into the bowl and enjoy!
